The problem
Manual sign-up sheets and back-and-forth e-mails made booking school activities slow and error-prone — double-bookings and missed e-mails were common.
What we did
Duet Web was part of the team that designed and built GearHub end-to-end: a clean booking flow, real-time availability, and a reservation system built to handle real demand.
The outcome
GearHub won an award for the project's technical execution. It's still one of our proudest examples of turning a genuinely messy, everyday problem into something simple to use.
