The problem
RoofTop needed a way to sell tickets online for a one-of-a-kind event — without a generic third-party ticketing platform taking a cut and diluting the brand.
What we did
We built a custom ticketing site from scratch, and stayed hands-on through the entire campaign — adding new features and refinements in real time as demand and needs evolved.
The outcome
The event sold out completely through the website. Demand was so strong that people still lined up in person to buy tickets after the online allocation was gone.
